On Sunday 24th September, the Birmingham Velo cycle event will be taking place. It will see 100 miles of road closed off, for this charity bike ride, which will start and finish in Birmingham, taking in parts of Staffordshire and Worcestershire.
Numerous roads will either be closed for the whole of the duration, or on a rolling-road basis, and with key roads like the A456 Hagley Road and Broad Street being closed for long periods, many bus services in west Birmingham and Dudley areas will experience major disruption.
