Bus fares reduced from Monday 19th July 2021

NX Bus previously announced that they intended to reduce the price of their tickets and passes following the ending of coronavirus lockdown restrictions in England. This was originally due to happen on 21st June 2021, but was temporarily shelved when the Government announced a delay.

It has today been confirmed that these price reductions will now come into effect from Monday 19th July 2021, when lockdown restrictions will finally be lifted in the UK.

Unlimited travel, everywhere for less than you pay nowā€¦ itā€™s the new normal!

  • Day Saver (Day ticket) now Ā£4 to travel everywhere at any time
  • 1 week & 4 week unlimited travel ticket prices slashed
  • NEW 3 day and 7 day contactless capping introduced on the bus
  • Black Country zone removed, giving freedom to travel anywhere for less than you pay now
  • Most day and week tickets will now allow travel anywhere in Coventry AND theĀ West Midlands
  • FlexibleĀ travel fares reduced
  • Monthly Direct Debit subscription price reduced to Ā£50
  • 18 & under – day, week, 4 week, monthly Direct Debit and future Term Plus prices all cut

It is also worth pointing out that from the same date, there will be reductions in the price of nBus tickets:

nBus West Midlands

From Monday 19th July 2021, the following tickets will be reduced:

Adult

18 & under

nBus Black Country

From Monday 19th July 2021, this zone is being removed, tickets will be cheaper then you are paying now and give you complete freedom everywhere on all National Express bus routes
