In 2022 there are changes to the Spring Bank Holiday which normally falls on the last Monday of May. This year it has been moved alongside a new public holiday to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, after she reached 70 years of service in February this year.
The Spring Bank Holiday will fall on Thursday 2nd June, followed by the Platinum Jubilee public holiday on Friday 3rd June.
On both days, buses will be running to Sunday levels of service.
Services will run to usual Saturday and Sunday levels for the remainder of the weekend.
