Black Country Service Changes – June 2017

From Sunday 4th June, there will be some changes to NX Bus services in the Black Country area.

Service 2 – Warstones to Bushbury Hill

  • Early Summer timetable introduced.

Service 6 -Sutton Coldfield to Walsall

  • The 08:05 journey from Walsall to Aldridge will no longer operate. Alternative journeys operate at 07:55 and 08:05 (Service 7).

Service 9 -Stourbridge to Birmingham

  • Early Summer timetable introduced.

Service 40 – Wednesbury bus station to West Bromwich bus station

  • Route changed in West Bromwich to operate along Hallam Street, Reform Street and West Bromwich Ringway instead of All Saints Way in both directions.
  • This replaces the 45 on this section of route, which has been revised to operate along All Saints Way.
  • Buses continue to operate up to every 12 minutes, although there have been some minor changes to times.

Service 45 – West Bromwich to Walsall

  • Route changed in West Bromwich to operate along All Saints Way in both directions instead of along Hallam Street and Reform Street.
  • Buses will now serve the bus stops on Cronehills Linkway in West Bromwich Town Centre for New Square Shopping Centre (outside Prezzo).

Service 46 – Great Barr to West Bromwich

  • Route changed in West Bromwich to serve the bus stops on Cronehills Linkway in West Bromwich Town Centre for New Square Shopping Centre (outside Prezzo).
  • Buses will continue to serve Hallam Street and Reform Street in both directions.

Service 74 – Dudley to Birmingham

  • Early Summer timetable introduced.

Service 77 -Sutton Coldfield to Walsall

  • Minor changes to times. Journeys at the start and finish of the day will extend to/from Walsall rather than finishing in Streetly.

Service 246 -Stourbridge to Dudley

  • Early Summer timetable introduced, with small changes to Saturday afternoon frequency.
