Summer holiday timetables from Sunday July 21st

Schools finish for the summer today, which means from next week for the next six weeks, traffic levels will be lower during the morning and afternoon peaks, and with reduced congestion, many bus services can operate more quickly.

To reflect the lower traffic and congestion levels, a number of NX bus services will be running ‘holiday timetables’ from Sunday 21st July through to Saturday 31st August.

A full list of services that will have temporary summer timetables introduced, and links to those timetables, can be found at the NX West Midlands website. A small number of services in Coventry will also have revised summer timetables, please see the NX Coventry website for details.

Services not shown on those pages will continue to run to normal weekday timetables as usual.

If you have a smartphone, be sure to use one of many apps available to check bus departure information, in case printed timetables at stops haven’t been updated yet.

Finally, to the schoolkids, enjoy your summer break! And to us commuters who have to carry on, at least enjoy a more pleasant and less disruptive journey for the next few weeks!
