West Dudley and South Wolverhampton service changes from 26th January 2020

Changes to bus services in West Dudley and South Wolverhampton from 26th January 2020.

Following a recent consultation on possible changes to bus services in West Dudley, Wolverhampton and Staffordshire, the following changes will take place from 26th January 2020.

We have carefully reviewed feedback and taken into account the comments received throughout the consultation process to shape the new network for this area.

In direct response to feedback, we have changed our original proposals to include the following:

Direct buses will still run between Wombourne and Merry Hill. The frequency of direct buses will be improved to every 20 minutes.

Himley will continue to be served by the revised 15. Buses will run every 20 minutes to Wolverhampton and Merry Hill (also serving Wombourne, Wall Heath and Kingswinford).

Gornal and Stickley will still be linked directly to Stourbridge on the 17 and new 17A.

Gornal and Stickley will still be linked to Dudley along the current route of the 17 (through Milking Bank).
