Service Changes 15th March – New WMB partnership route launch

Diamond Bus, National Express West Midlands and Transport for West Midlands are working in partnership to provide a new joint timetable on the West Bromwich to Wednesbury 40 route.

From Sunday 15th March 2020, both Diamond and National Express West Midlands will be operating jointly on the 40 route, with newly branded West Midlands Buses on both operators vehicles. There will be buses up to every 8 minutes during Monday to Saturday daytimes and services running until late into the evening, 7 days a week.

Diamond Buses will be introducing newer, cleaner, greener Euro 6 buses and FREE Wifi available on board! National Express West Midlands will be using Euro6 Enviro200 MMC buses recently transferred from Yardley Wood garage.

With tickets that are valid on both operators services you can now simply catch the first bus that comes along!
