Change to how mTickets are used on NX Buses from 3rd October

From Monday 3rd October, the way that mobile mTickets are presented when boarding National Express West Midlands and National Express Coventry buses will be changing.

Instead of simply showing the displayed mTicket on your phone to the driver, app users will need to scan the QR code shown.

After buying your mTicket and just before the bus arrives, tap on the green ‘Activate Ticket’ button and your mTicket QR code will be ready for scanning.

On the bus hold your phone with the QR code visible to the bottom of the red reader and wait for the positive beep.

For more information about mTickets, please refer to the NX West Midlands website.
